Ms. Kim joined CDC Capital in 2025, bringing a diverse background in mortgage operations, regulatory compliance, and community-focused leadership. Prior to joining CDC Capital, she served as Assistant Vice President at a VA mortgage lender, where she led post-closing operations, directed cross-functional teams, and developed training systems that enhanced quality and efficiency across the organization. Ms. Kim also brings experience in education and community engagement through her time with Teach For America and Baltimore City Public Schools. With a foundation in public education and community service, her career reflects a commitment to equity, systems thinking, and mission-driven work. Her expertise in compliance audits, cross-departmental coordination, and stakeholder engagement supports CDC Capital’s efforts to deliver impactful and sustainable affordable housing solutions. Ms. Kim currently serves as the Lead Financial Analyst, supporting all real estate development and acquisition projects. She holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a Certified Scrum Master.
