Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Ms. Synder brings more than 15 years of client-focused operational experience to CDC Capital. She has previously provided her operational expertise to a Maryland-based construction company and a national law firm. Heather is a “utility player” on CDC Capital’s team of experienced developers. Her work has included project management, accounting, compliance and audit management, and personnel management. Although her career has primarily been spent in the legal field, Heather’s keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and penchant for solutions that are well-reasoned and practical make her an invaluable addition to the CDC Capital team. Ms. Synder is also serves as a project manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of a real estate development/acquisition projects from start to finish.

Heather, an Arizona native, studied at the Arizona State University and holds a paralegal certificate from the University of Arizona. She enjoys spending time with her three very active and athletic sons.

Currently engaged in projects totaling over $1.03 billion, including the development of more than 3,000 residential units and a state-of-the-art fire station with four bays, our track record speaks volumes about our expertise and capabilities.
