The Shops at Triangle is a five-story, new construction affordable housing development in Baltimore, MD. The project will deliver 21 income-restricted units, including one- and two-bedroom apartments for households earning up to 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). Designed as an all-electric, energy-efficient building, the development responds to the growing demand for affordable rental housing in the Pennsylvania Avenue corridor.
