Project Details

An affordable housing development is under review at 26135 Ridge Road in Damascus, MD. The proposed project includes replacing the existing small office building with a 123-unit all-affordable multifamily housing building. The project is planned to be a 4% LIHTC application with 100% of the units built under a government regulation or binding agreement that limits the price charges for at least 30 years and affordable to households earning 60% or less of Area Median Income (AMI), which exceeds the minimum requirement.
